Policies, Terms & Conditions

At DSD Motorsports Garage / www.rshrp.com, we make returns and other client services as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the industry. We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and simple.
Returns & Exchanges
Any and all products and services are non-refundable and non-cancelable. DSD Motorsports Garage does not issue refunds or credits as all work performed and products offered are custom-made to order. All manufacturer warranties are honored on parts.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to rectify the problem. This may be through repair of the original parts or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 10 days of delivery. (This outcome will be decided by DSD Motorsports Garage.) The following rules apply:

All returns and exchanges must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid & signed RGA form.

Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw, or defect, pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.

In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

Items marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order) including any and all custom-made orders.

What are my shipping fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where the reason for return isn't a result of a DSD Motorsports Garage / www.rshrp.com error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund as well as a 25% restocking fee. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted; however, coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by DSD Motorsports Garage / www.rshrp.com, a return shipping label will be provided.
Core Deposits
Some products sold on DSD Motorsports Garage / www.rshrp.com require a core deposit. This may be for a swap program or to use your original part for customization, modification, or restoration. These parts may require a deposit that is charged upon purchase and fully refunded upon the return of the core. Cores must be in rebuildable condition and match the vehicle application of the product sold. Once the product is received and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment. Note: Product cores returned that are not fully assembled or are not the unit that was removed from the vehicle will not be refunded, and the core will be discarded.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide a prepaid return label to return the defective part. In some instances, return of the product may not be required. Products must be returned to us within 10 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pickup by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested to process your request correctly. Please note that products must be in the original packaging, and there are additional requirements for products that ship freight.
Order Cancellations
We will assist with the cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be processed online by email, live chat, messenger, or phone. Request an RGA # through our customer care team via live chat or phone. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
Billing, Refunds & Credits
Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Affirm, Check). Once the refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Shipping & Delivery
We use FedEx, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air to ensure fast and safe delivery. Available shipping methods may vary depending on product type and destination. Most in-stock products ship within 1 business day and can be tracked via a confirmation email. Custom or made-to-order items typically ship within 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Please note:

Oversized items must ship truck freight / LTL, requiring inspection and a signature upon delivery.

Shipments to Canada & international locations may be subject to additional duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.

Shipments to AU, NZ, HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs, & Canada may require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be emailed before processing.
