Policies, Terms & Conditions
At www.RSHRP.com , (Race Street & Hot Rod Parts ) by Ateam Media Group Inc, we make returns and customer service as simple and straightforward as possible. Our mission is to provide the best products and service in the industry. We understand that sometimes customers change their minds or no longer need a product. We also know how frustrating it can be to navigate unclear or misleading policies — that's why we've built a process that’s easy to understand and trustworthy.
Please note: Items In Stock will be clearly identified as (IS). All other products are considered custom or special order.

In Stock items typically ship within 24–72 hours.

Custom seats typically ship within 6–8 weeks.

Custom-made bench seats generally ship within 18–24 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your In Stock / non-custom order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for products in new and unused condition within 5 days of delivery.
Return conditions:

All returns and exchanges must be completed through our Return Procedure and include a valid, signed RGA form.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. (Do not assemble, install, or modify the product.)

Items that are used, assembled, or installed cannot be returned.

In some cases, physical return of the product may not be required. Instructions for field destroy or disposal will be provided if applicable.

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked “Non-Returnable” (noted on the product page before checkout)

All custom-made orders

Shipping Fees for Returns
For orders within the continental U.S. (where the return is not due to an error by RSHRP.com by Ateam Media Group Inc):

The original shipping cost

A return shipping fee

A 25% restocking fee
…will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label will be provided.
We do not accept returns for freight, international, or non-continental U.S. orders. If we made an error, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost.
Core Deposits
Some products require a core deposit (e.g., swap programs or to reuse your original part). A deposit is charged at checkout and refunded once the rebuildable, matching core is received and inspected.
Important:

Core must be complete and match the product ordered.

If the core is not fully assembled or not the same part, it will not be refunded.

The core will be discarded if it fails inspection.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

Do not install, modify, or repair it.

Contact our customer service team immediately.

We will ship a replacement and provide a prepaid return label.

Items must be returned within 15 days.
If damage was caused during shipping, we will coordinate with the courier for pickup. Photos may be requested for verification. Products must be in the original packaging. Additional requirements apply for freight-shipped items.
Order Cancellations
We can assist with cancellations for orders that:

Have not shipped, and
-
Are not marked non-cancelable / non-refundable.
Once shipped, items cannot be canceled or changed. Custom orders cannot be canceled once placed and are non-refundable.

An RGA number must be requested through our customer care team.
Billing, Refunds & Credits

Payments may be captured at the time of order.

Refunds are issued once returned products are received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Affirm, Check, etc.).

A confirmation email will be sent once a refund is issued.

Allow 5–7 additional days for the credit to appear in your account.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers like FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Shipping methods may vary depending on the product type and destination.

Most in-stock items ship same day or within 1 business day.

Tracking numbers will be emailed once shipped.

Custom / made-to-order items may take longer due to painting, embroidery, or assembly. Most ship within 4–6 weeks, but timelines may vary depending on complexity.
Important Notes:

Oversized products ship LTL/freight and require inspection/signature upon delivery.

Shipments to Canada and other international destinations are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees — these are the customer’s responsibility.
